Job Description

Benefits Specialist Temporary | $35•40/hr | Potential Permanent Opportunity | Fully Onsite Are you an HR professional who knows your way around FMLA, leave administration, and employee accommodations ? We're looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist to join our team for an approximately 3-month temporary assignment, with potential for extension or permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage FMLA, multi-state leaves, and employee accommodations Conduct and support interactive dialogues with employees and managers Communicate leave, benefits, and available options Coordinate leave/PTO/payroll integration Conduct new hire benefits orientations Reconcile benefit invoices and assist with retirement plan administration Support wellness, tuition programs, audits, and compliance reporting Maintain accurate HRIS records and reports

Qualifications:

5+ years of benefits/HR experience Strong leave administration experience, including FMLA and multi-state leaves Experience with ADA accommodations/interactive process HRIS experience and strong attention to detail Bachelor's degree required for permanent hire

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00

PM Location:

Fully onsite

Pay:

$35•40/hr

Potential Permanent Salary:

$70K•75K #
