Benefits Analyst Sr Summary Responsible for supporting the administration, compliance, analysis, and continuous improvement of BayCare's retirement and benefits programs. Serves as the subject matter expert for retirement plans, including 401(k) and 403(b) plans, ensuring accurate plan administration, regulatory compliance, and excellent team member support. Conducts data analysis, auditing, reporting, and benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Partners with vendors and internal stakeholders to support retirement plan audits, compliance testing, regulatory filings, issue resolution, and day-to-day plan administration. Provides guidance to team members on benefit and retirement plan questions and mentors junior team members as needed. Minimum Qualifications Required Experience Five (5) years of experience in benefits administration, retirement plan administration, human resources, or a related field. Three (3) years of direct experience administering 401(k), 403(b), or other qualified retirement plans Required Education Bachelor's Degree Skills Experience supporting retirement plan audits, compliance testing, and regulatory reporting Experience working with retirement plan vendors, auditors, recordkeepers, and third-party administrators Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and Department of Labor regulations Strong analytical, reporting, and data reconciliation skills
