Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business, or related field 4+ years of compensation experience, including dedicated Compensation Analyst responsibilities Experience conducting compensation analyses based on skills, years of experience, and job scope Experience with job leveling and compensation framework methodologies Experience utilizing market benchmarking tools such as Payscale, Mercer, or similar compensation surveys Experience supporting organizations with 1,800+ employees Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret compensation data Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification Exposure to Total Rewards programs and compensation strategy initiatives Experience supporting large-scale compensation modernization or transformation efforts Telecommunications industry experienceBenefits
