Job Description
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
1-3+ years of relevant experience in the design, development, and administration of compensation programs, preferably in a large, multi-site global corporation.Knowledgeable:
You have knowledge and understanding of compensation programs and philosophies. Retail preferred within a large, multi-site global corporation.Tech-Savvy:
You're comfortable with MS Office programs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Your technical skills will help you analyze data and uncover insights.Effective Communicator:
Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensures that your findings and recommendations are clearly understood by all stakeholders.Language:
Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) considered a plus You'll go theExtra Mile If You Have:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field, CCP preferred.
