Job Description

Overview We are seeking a data-driven and collaborative Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team. This role plays a critical part in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent across our global manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a compensation professional who enjoys partnering with HR and business leaders, leveraging market data, and driving impactful pay decisions in a complex, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide consultative support on compensation-related matters. Market price jobs and analyze competitive data to ensure appropriate leveling within the salary structure. Assist with administration of annual compensation processes including merit, bonus, and sales incentives. Participate in compensation surveys and manage market data within BetterComp. Conduct compensation analyses including market assessments, cost modeling, and pay equity reviews. Analyze new jobs and reclassification requests to appropriately determine FLSA exemption status. Create and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses. Maintain and audit compensation data within HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Document processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support stock plan administration. Assist with special projects and broader Total Rewards initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. 3+ years of compensation experience; global and/or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, modeling, data analysis). Experience working with HRIS systems such as SAP and survey management tools such as BetterComp, MarketPay or PayFactors. Solid understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and FLSA regulations. CCP certification or progress toward CCP preferred. High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information. Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
