This position will be based in Columbus, Nebraska and will serve as a central resource for benefits administration, employee education, vendor coordination, compliance, and benefits-related support for our local HR teams. This is a hands-on, employee-facing role. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with employees, explaining benefit programs in clear and practical terms, resolving benefit issues, and traveling regularly to our U.S. locations. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are strongly preferred to help us effectively support and educate our Spanish-speaking employees. What You'll Do Administer health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, HSA/FSA programs, life and disability coverage, and voluntary benefits. Manage employee benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and other benefit changes. Coordinate COBRA administration and work with benefit vendors and partners to resolve employee issues. Review and reconcile benefit enrollment and billing information. Lead annual Open Enrollment activities, including planning, communications, employee meetings, and enrollment support. Serve as a primary resource for employee questions regarding benefit plans, eligibility, enrollment, and available resources. Provide clear, practical benefits education to employees at all levels of the organization. Travel regularly to Wipro's U.S. locations to provide onsite employee support, assist with new-hire benefits education, and partner with local HR teams. Train and coach local HR teams so employees receive accurate and consistent benefits information across locations. Develop and maintain benefits SOPs, FAQs, employee communications, and standardized administrative processes. Support compliance with applicable benefits regulations, including ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, Section 125, and related requirements. Maintain accurate employee benefits information within HRIS and benefits administration systems. Prepare enrollment, utilization, reconciliation, and other benefits reporting for HR and leadership. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve the employee experience, and strengthen consistency across locations. Partner with benefit brokers, carriers, administrators, payroll, HR, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience . At least 3 years of benefits administration or closely related HR experience. Working knowledge of employee health and welfare benefit administration. Experience working with employee data in an HRIS, benefits administration platform, or similar system. Strong Excel skills and the ability to work accurately with detailed employee and benefits information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex benefits information in a clear, employee-friendly way. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, employee questions, vendor issues, and annual benefits cycles. Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30-40% . Regular travel to our U.S. locations is an essential function of this position. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred , particularly the ability to explain employee benefits and respond to employee questions in Spanish. Experience supporting employees across multiple locations or business units. Experience working with benefits administration platforms and HRIS systems. Experience coordinating Open Enrollment across multiple locations. Experience developing benefits communications, SOPs, training materials, or employee education programs. Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 annually . Actual compensation within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
