$66,535.82 to $99,803.86 Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. What You'll Do In this role, you'll be a key partner in ensuring our benefit programs are administered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and enhancing our benefits enrollment systems and integrations Troubleshooting benefit system and payroll-related issues Analyzing benefits data, trends, and reports to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborating with Payroll, HR, IT, and benefit vendors to resolve issues and improve processes Supporting benefit implementations, testing, and open enrollment activities Serving as a benefits systems expert and helping train and support team members Identifying ways to improve efficiency and enhance the coworker experience What We're Looking For 4-6 years of experience in benefits administration, HR systems, payroll, insurance, or a related field Strong Excel and data analysis skills Experience working with benefit enrollment systems and benefit plans Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy Knowledge of benefits regulations, HR systems, or project work is a plus Why Join Us?
