Your work directly supports client retention, service excellence, and long-term growth by ensuring every client receives responsive, consultative support that helps them meet their employee benefits goals. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients and collaborate closely with producers, benefit consultants, carriers, and internal service teams. You'll leverage your expertise in benefits administration, renewals, carrier marketing, and client strategy to deliver meaningful outcomes and strengthen client relationships throughout the year. How You'll Make an Impact Build trusted relationships as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of employee benefits clients. Lead renewal and open enrollment activities, including employee presentations, client education, carrier coordination, and policy administration. Analyze renewal options, contribution strategies, benchmarking data, and claims reporting to help clients make informed benefits decisions. Coordinate RFP processes, carrier submissions, and internal workflows to ensure timely and accurate marketing and renewal execution. Deliver proactive consultative service by resolving issues, answering questions, and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. Partner with producers, carriers, and internal teams to uncover cross-selling opportunities and support agency growth initiatives.
