Major Responsibilities:
Manage all new and remarket quoting activity, including processing quote requests and updating outcomes. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, applications, and policy files. Handle policy servicing tasks such as issuing policies, endorsements, and monitoring downloads. Support producers and account managers with detailed presentations and timely communication. Maintain strong working relationships and identify cross-referral opportunities within BayCoast companies. Provide responsive client service and participate in agency programs and initiatives. Adhere to agency standards, policies, and procedures while producing high-quality work. Perform additional duties as requested by management.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages. Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a complex environment. Above-average computer proficiency; experience with Applied Epic, Comparative Rating Software, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and related tools. State insurance license required. Willingness to attend educational seminars; some travel may be required.
