What is Client Intake? You'll be one of the first points of contact for new clients. Your job is to start the conversation, understand their needs, gather important information, and help guide them through the next steps. What Will I Actually Do? You'll spend your day communicating with new and prospective clients, asking questions, gathering information, documenting conversations, coordinating next steps, and following up as needed.
