WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

This is a customer-facing sales position focused on professional conversations with homeowners. You will learn how to understand customer needs, explain available solutions, and guide people through the roofing and restoration process. Meet homeowners and discuss potential roofing concerns Identify opportunities for repair or replacement Explain the inspection, roofing, and restoration process Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships Present solutions and earn business through trust and communication You won't be expected to know roofing on day one. You'll be expected to learn, practice, accept coaching, and apply what you learn in the field.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

Your compensation is tied to performance, with uncapped commission potential.

New Representatives:

Top new representatives have earned approximately $80,000 to $100,000 in their first year

Experienced Performers:

Earnings can increase as sales skills, consistency, and customer relationships develop

High Achievers:

One Whitaker salesperson earned approximately $400,000 last year

Leadership:

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
