Onboarding Coordinator

Join Our Team as our second Onboarding Coordinator! Are you passionate about people, organization, and creating exceptional first impressions? We're looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to play a key role in shaping the employee experience from day one. In this dynamic, full-time role based in our main office, you'll be the go-to person for welcoming new hires and guiding them through a smooth, engaging onboarding journey. Working closely with the HR Manager and current Onboarding Coordinator, you'll help new team members feel supported, informed, and excited to be part of our mission-driven organization.
