We are seeking a Bilingual HR Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA with a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented HR and administrative professional who is bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin and wants to continue growing in Human Resources, compliance, and employee support. The Bilingual HR Admin will support a mix of HR, compliance, workplace injury procedures, licensing, permits, certifications, bookkeeping, and general administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and follow-through while working closely with leadership and internal teams. Candidates with an HR degree and light hands-on experience will be considered, especially those who are proactive and eager to develop into a broader HR role. Key Responsibilities Support HR administration, compliance tracking, employee documentation, and related personnel processes. Assist with workplace injury procedures, including incident documentation, workers' compensation coordination, and follow-up. Track company licenses, permits, and certifications to ensure renewals are completed before expiration. Provide bilingual support in Spanish or Mandarin for employees, managers, and administrative communications. Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, filing, reporting, and general office administrative tasks. Maintain organized records and help ensure HR and compliance documents are accurate, complete, and accessible.
