Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual HR & Administrative Coordinator to support our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human capital management, employee relations, and organizational operations, with fluency in two languages to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams. This role involves managing talent acquisition processes, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The coordinator will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture and streamlining HR procedures to enhance overall organizational efficiency. Duties Coordinate recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates through various HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance. Support performance management initiatives by assisting with employee evaluations, training & development programs, and succession planning activities. Manage HR data collection and analysis using Excel and HRIS platforms such as Workday or Oracle HCM to generate reports for strategic planning and decision-making. Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, FMLA policies, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements. Facilitate effective communication across departments by handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with organizational design projects, change management initiatives, and workforce management strategies to optimize staffing levels and improve operational workflows. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with strong knowledge of employment & labor law and HR legal compliance. Bilingual proficiency in [specify languages], with excellent communication skills in both languages to support diverse workforce needs. Familiarity with HR systems such as UltiPro, SAP SuccessFactors, Kenexa BrassRing, or Taleo; experience with HRIS platforms like Workday or Oracle HCM is preferred. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high ethical standards.
