With a small but dedicated team, we operate in a fast-paced environment where versatility and proactive problem-solving are essential to our success. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced 30+ employee electronic test equipment company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks, employee interaction, and process Duties & Responsibilities Assist with recruitment efforts including preparing job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Support comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper completion of paperwork and system updates. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations. Track employee hours, attendance, and PTO records utilizing platforms like Paychex Flex in coordination with payroll workflows. Assist with benefits administration, tracking employee eligibility, and responding to employee inquiries. Help coordinate training programs and track compliance certifications relevant to calibration and technical staff. Support internal HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and safety compliance. Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all employee and company information. Assist with the organization of corporate training programs and internal employee engagement initiatives or events. Qualifications 1-3 years of human resources or administrative experience preferred. Familiarity with foundational HR practices, labor laws, and basic payroll systems. Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with HR software systems like Paychex. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
