Job Description

We are a Commercial Janitorial Company that has been serving the Greater Sacramento Area for over 35 years. We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant that will support the needs of the HR Department. This person must be bilingual and be available during the hours of 9:00 pm•1:00 pm Monday•Friday .
Job Duties:
Manage Job postings, retrieve phone messages, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews in both English and Spanish Onboarding process•including hire paperwork, set up new hires with training videos, inputting personnel information into our HR data base, providing uniforms, creating employee personal files, etc. Maintain updated HR logs Employee filing Screen calls Monitor overtime, mileage and travel time Employee Relations Make copies of Applications / Hire Packets Other administrative duties
Job Requirements:
Detail-oriented and organized Strong communication and customer service skills in both English and Spanish Solid understanding of basic computer skills Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
