The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Responsibilities Respond to incoming candidates and applicants. Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-up. Schedule interviews and communicate next steps. Assist with recruiting Physical Therapists, PTAs, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Collect and organize required onboarding and credentialing documents. Follow up with candidates to ensure onboarding is completed timely. Maintain accurate candidate and employee records. Communicate with management regarding candidate status and onboarding. Assist with general recruiting and HR administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous recruiting, HR, healthcare staffing, or administrative experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Professional and friendly communication style. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks. Healthcare or credentialing experience is a plus.
