Administer employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning strategies to foster continuous improvement. Manage benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and compliance with regulations such as FMLA and workers' compensation policies. Support HR sourcing, workforce management, and organization design projects to optimize human capital utilization. Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate HR records, handling confidential information with integrity, and adhering to employment & labor law standards. Utilize HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to inform strategic decisions. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department experience with a strong understanding of employment law and legal compliance in HR practices. Demonstrated skills in project management, change management, and strategic planning within an HR context. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with familiarity with HRIS platforms such as UltiPro, Ceridian, or Paychex. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management and employee relations effectively. Knowledge of benefits administration processes including payroll processing through platforms like ADP or Paylocity. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and personnel administration tasks. Strong organizational skills complemented by experience with social media management for employer branding or recruitment campaigns.
