Job Description
HR Assistant Full-time Seasonal - 5 days a week, including weekend and holidays when the season begins. The pay is $22.00/hr to $24.00/hr based on skills and experience An HR assistant for a ski area provides administrative and HR support requiring strong administrative skills, organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication to help manage support for a high-volume, seasonal workforce. The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing general support to Loveland employees and applicants. As a member of the Human Resources team, the HR Assistant will support employees throughout the employment life cycle of an employee - from recruiting, to onboarding, to benefits/perks, to appreciation/recognition, to offboarding and everything in between. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.
