Pay Rate :

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations, including new hire onboarding, employee records management, staffing support, and HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent support to employees and the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding Maintain employee files and HR records Support staffing and other HR administrative functions Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and HR staff Assist with special projects and other assigned duties
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, follow-up, and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
