This is a varied, hands-on full time position for someone who enjoys being involved in different areas of the company and taking ownership of their work. You will work closely with the corporate team and have the opportunity to use your administrative, organizational, and HR skills on a daily basis. If you enjoy staying busy, solving problems, working independently, and being someone management can rely on, this could be a great fit.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma with 2 years related job experience; Associate degree in related field with 1-year related job experience, or bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Administrative and/or Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
  • SharePoint and QuickBooks Desktop experience are a plus.
  • Experience with employee records, onboarding, or other HR-related tasks preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administrative support for Corporate and Management Department.
  • Invoicing and accounting support.
  • Document management and SharePoint maintenance.
  • Employee onboarding, offboarding, reference checks and background screenings.
  • Assisting with employee relations, policy enforcement, and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintaining confidential employee records.
  • Researching issues that arise and presenting solutions;
  • Support Corporate specialists (invoicing/training/marketing/HR).
  • Preparing and maintaining documents, forms, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Data Entry in QuickBooks Desktop (possible).

If desired by candidate, increasing levels of experience, training and responsibility, the career path for this position includes advancement to Accounting / Project Manager.
