This role serves as the first line of communication and administrative support in all human resources matters with clientele Essential Functions Ensure companies are compliant with HRIS, payroll, benefits and recordkeeping Maintaining employee/HR records, including new hire set up, I9 validation, all monthly payroll changes and ensuring compliance with state and federal legislation Lead the implementation of all onboarding, orientation, employee relations and off-boarding needs Creation, review and help in administration of appraisal/performance management programs Assistance in coordination of benefits enrollments for companies Ability to compose, assimilate employee handbooks Practical knowledge of
FMLA, ADA
Ability to participate in recruitment and on-boarding activities Answer emails in a timely manner to provide excellent customer service Provide engaged, friendly and attentive customer service to all clients inclusive of eye contact, respectable conversation and smiling Practice highest regards for safety within all areas and with all materials Performs other related activities as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred Human Resources Certification preferred Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines Detail oriented Analysis and reporting skills a plus Ability to work under your own initiative Competent user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, required Familiarity with HubSpot, various HRIS preferred Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
