Open City Watch Protective Services is a Security and Front Desk services company based out of Miami, Florida. We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Security Officer and help maintain our reputable brand of exceptional service. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in the security field, the ability to lead teams, and understands the value of teamwork. Role and Responsibilities Providing Safety and Security to properties, with a positive attitude and willingness to help Perform hourly property tours and report writing Respond to any emergency situations at site or any situation requiring attention Upholding client satisfaction by carrying the ability to problem solve Collaborate in a positive work environment Maintain property vehicle maintenance, including golf carts or segways Perform proper pass-ons to shift supervisor Qualifications Professional, articulate, and able to use discretion with empowerment Strong communication skills Responsible, and dependable Team player and ability to uphold our Customer First principles Ability to prioritize and respond swiftly to operational needs Education required High School Diploma or equivalent Experience preferred Prior security and/or residential services experience preferred
