Job Overview Join our dynamic Human Resources team as an Entry-Level HR Administrative Assistant, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will play a vital role in supporting our workforce. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources management, employee relations, and administrative functions. You will be instrumental in streamlining HR processes, assisting with talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with employment laws—all while contributing to a positive, engaging workplace environment. Responsibilities Support the recruitment process by assisting with HR sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday. Help coordinate employee orientation sessions and onboarding activities to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly. Maintain accurate personnel records, data entry in HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with benefits administration tasks, including enrollment support and benefits communication. Contribute to performance management initiatives by gathering employee evaluation data and supporting training & development programs. Support compliance efforts related to employment law, OSHA regulations, FMLA processes, and affirmative action planning. Collaborate with the HR team on projects involving workforce management, organization design, and strategic planning initiatives. Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Basic knowledge of human resources management principles and employment law in talent management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel (including data analysis), and PowerPoint; experience with HR systems like UltiPro or Paychex is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Prior administrative experience or internship experience in an HR department is preferred but not required. A proactive attitude with a desire to learn about talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll processing, and HR legal compliance.
