Administer and manage all leave programs, including FMLA, USERRA, disability, and personal leavesServe as the primary point of contact for employee and manager leave inquiriesEnsure accurate and timely documentation and tracking within HRIS systemsPartner with HR and leadership to provide guidance and support on leave policiesDevelop and maintain employee-facing communication materialsOversee and administer Workers' Compensation claimsStay current on federal and state leave regulations, ensuring compliance and best practicesWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldHands-on experience in leave administration or HR operationsStrong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and related regulationsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platformsBonus Points ForBilingual in English/SpanishHR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR
