As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will serve as the engine of the People & Culture department. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle-from the initial background check to benefits administration and payroll support-ensuring a seamless experience for a diverse workforce. High SchoolResponsibilities Manage electronic onboarding and employee changes within the Paycom system. Process background checks, reference checks, Workers Compensation, Unemployment, and FMLA claims. Assist with payroll processing and serve as a backup for the payroll department. Help facilitate new employee orientation including occasional weeknight sessions. Provide coverage for the reception desk and assist regional branches with employee inquiries.
