Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Human Resources Coordinator to support HR and contribute to a positive employee experience. This role is primarily focused on HR administration, with occasional front office administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational HR experience who is looking to grow their career in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Human Resources, including maintaining employee records, processing personnel changes, and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities. Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and assist with recruiting efforts. Support benefits administration, employee communications, and HR reporting. Assist with HR projects such as writing job descriptions, compliance activities, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure accuracy, organization, and strict confidentiality of HR information. Support benefits administration, payroll processing, employee communications, and HR reporting. A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to organizational changes while maintaining attention to detail in all administrative HR functions. Front-office Administrative Support (as needed) Provide back-up support to the Front Office Coordinator during planned absences or high-volume periods. Assist with greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, and general office administration. Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR-related administrative support role required. Experience handling confidential employee information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with HR software tools such as ADP Workforce Now highly desirable.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
