$80/hr to $85/hr Lead with Purpose in Long-Term Care We are seeking an experienced Interim Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to provide leadership and operational oversight for a long-term care facility. This contract opportunity is ideal for a licensed administrator with a strong background in skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and team leadership who is ready to make an immediate impact. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a long-term care facility. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Provide leadership and support to department managers and interdisciplinary teams. Promote high-quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes. Maintain survey readiness and implement quality improvement initiatives. Assist with staffing operations and provide hands-on support when needed. Monitor budgets, operational performance, and resource utilization. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff. Support employee engagement, performance management, and staff development. Ensure a safe, resident-centered environment focused on quality and compliance. Qualifications Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License . Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey processes, and long-term care compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Current BLS Certification . Preferred Qualifications Previous interim administrator experience. Experience leading post-acute or skilled nursing facility operations. Proven success in regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
