Job Description
Job Overview Modular Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Human Resources & Executive Coordinator to support our employees, company leadership, and daily business operations. This is not a traditional desk-only HR role. The position combines hands-on human resources responsibilities with executive support, customer-visit preparation, administrative work, and changing business priorities. The right candidate must have previous HR experience, excellent attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to handle highly confidential employee and company information. Each day may look different, so flexibility, ownership, and follow-through are essential. Responsibilities Human Resources Assist with recruiting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Coordinate new-hire paperwork, onboarding, orientation, system access, and required training. Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential personnel files and employee records. Track attendance, paid time off, training, and other HR information. Assist with employee coaching, corrective-action documentation, performance discussions, and workplace concerns. Respond to routine employee questions regarding company policies, procedures, and expectations. Develop maintain job descriptions, policies, forms, checklists, and HR procedures. Assist with payroll preparation and other employee-related administrative responsibilities. Handle sensitive employee and company information with strict confidentiality and sound judgment. Executive and Company Support Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other company leadership. Help organize meetings, schedules, reminders, reports, follow-up items, and company priorities. Prepare professional letters, forms, spreadsheets, presentations, and internal communications. Review documents and information for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and presentation. Assist with basic blueprint-related tasks and manufacturing documentation as directed. Help coordinate urgent business needs, local errands, purchasing, research, and special projects. Work with employees throughout the company to gather information and help ensure assignments are completed. Perform other reasonable business-related responsibilities as company needs change. Customer Visits and Events Help prepare for customer, dealer, investor, vendor, and other important company visits. Coordinate meeting rooms, welcome materials, gift bags, food, beverages, and other visitor needs. Help prepare and display presentations, samples, documents, and meeting materials in a professional and visually appealing manner. Assist with company meetings, employee events, and other special activities. Help ensure visitor and meeting areas are organized, welcoming, and ready for use. Required Qualifications Previous hands-on human resources experience is required. Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, employee relations, or corrective action. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate, professional work. Strong organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, word-processing programs, presentation software, and online business systems. Willingness to learn company processes, manufacturing documentation, and basic blueprint-related tasks. Valid driver's license and ability to complete local business errands when needed. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse operations, executive support, payroll, or small-business HR. Work Schedule This is a full-time, salaried (exempt), in-person position. The company's production schedule is currently Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Friday work as business needs require.
