Schedule:
Full-time- onsite only Position Overview A well-established organization is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to its Human Resources team. This position assists with onboarding, employee documentation, data entry, HR system updates, personnel records, compliance tracking, and general employee questions. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable handling confidential employee information. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative or entry-level HR experience who is interested in continuing to develop their career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding, employee status changes, and offboarding documentation Prepare new-hire packets and coordinate the completion of required employment forms Support new-hire orientation scheduling and pre-employment processes Assist with onboarding documentation and I-9 verification Maintain accurate and confidential physical and electronic personnel records Enter and update employee information in HR systems Review employee data for accuracy and help resolve discrepancies Maintain employee lists, organizational charts, and HR databases Assist with routine HR reports, including employee rosters, staffing changes, and compliance training records Track outstanding forms, documents, and system updates to ensure completion Respond professionally to general employee questions regarding HR processes, forms, and documentation Escalate complex employee matters to the appropriate HR team member Assist with employee events, HR programs, training sessions, and departmental projects Conduct basic personnel file audits and support compliance documentation Coordinate with Payroll and IT regarding new-hire setup, employee changes, and separations Identify opportunities to improve routine administrative processes Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One to two years of administrative, office, or HR-related experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Strong customer service and professional communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience supporting an HR or payroll department Exposure to HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Paycom, Workday, or ADP Familiarity with onboarding, employee records, I-9 documentation, and general HR compliance requirements Intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting HR-related coursework, certification, or aPHR certification Interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources #PROF26
