Job Description

Corvid Technologies is adding a Recruiting Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition functions across the organization. In this role, you will develop an understanding of the Talent AcquisitionManagement process while providing administrative support to a variety of tasks related to recruiting. This position will help coordinate on-site interviews, review and disposition applications, assist with employment offers, documentation, and provide administrative support throughout the recruiting process. This unique opportunity will expose the right candidate to a variety of career paths, from recruitingHR to business operations as it relates to the Defense Industry.
Typical tasks will include:
Reviewing and dispositioning candidates for technical openings Scheduling onsite interviews with candidates Responding to candidate and hiring manager recruiting inquiries Support sourcing efforts using ATS and available job boards Coordinating summer intern program - including technical presentations, social events and more Requirements Candidate must be a US Citizen Position requires at least a High School Diploma (preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field) Experience with MS Office Demonstrated communication skills are required (both verbal and written) Experience in a sales position or high-end customer service position is preferred About Corvid Corvid Technologies is an engineering firm specializing in using high-fidelity, computational modeling and simulation to analyze, design and manufacture products for aerospace, DoD, and commercial customers.
