We are seeking an organized, energetic HR Administrator to recruit, onboard, and support our team of caregivers and office staff. Position Summary The HR Administrator is responsible for caregiver recruiting, employee onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and employee support. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and hire caregivers and office staff Manage job postings and applicant tracking Coordinate required employment checks, drug testing, reference checks, and I-9 verification Complete new hire onboarding and orientation Maintain employee personnel files and HR records Track required certifications, training, and compliance requirements Coordinate online training and monitor completion Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee status changes Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures Support employee engagement, performance documentation, and retention efforts Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records Assist with general office and HR administrative duties Qualifications 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or office administration experience Home care or healthcare experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll software Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism We Offer Competitive compensation Paid time off 401(K) Plan with Employer Matching Contributions Professional growth opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and caregivers If you're passionate about recruiting exceptional caregivers, supporting employees, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to hear from you.
