Position Mission Support the operational and financial health of RedEye by owning administrative, accounting, billing, purchasing, and HR processes while delivering exceptional internal customer service. Primary ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting- Manage Accounts Receivable and collections.
- Process Accounts Payable and vendor payments.
- Maintain bookkeeping in QuickBooks.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end close.
- Maintain financial records and prepaid schedules. ConnectWise Manage
- Generate recurring and project invoices.
- Maintain agreements, products, purchasing, and procurement.
- Reconcile ConnectWise billing with QuickBooks.
- Resolve billing discrepancies with service and sales teams. Human Resources
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and confidentiality.
- Support recruiting, benefits, PTO, and HR documentation. Administration
- Answer phones and coordinate office operations.
- Order office supplies and manage vendors.
- Maintain documentation and improve administrative processes.
- Support leadership with special projects. Key Performance Indicators
- Billing completed accurately and on time.
- Accounts Receivable maintained within company targets.
- Accounts Payable processed by due dates.
- Month-end support completed within five business days.
- HR onboarding completed before employee start dates.
- Documentation maintained accurately and consistently. Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage preferred.
- Experience in an MSP or technology company strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Pay:
$26.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
