[Job Description] Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Create compelling and market-competitive job descriptions and identify the most effective sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs across various functions. Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent through job boards, LinkedIn, internal talent pools, employee referrals, networking events, direct sourcing, and market mapping. Conduct candidate screening and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, compensation expectations, and overall suitability for the role. Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Monitor recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reporting and market insights to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, recruiting standards, and applicable employment laws and regulations. Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and other talent acquisition initiatives as required. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements Qualified candidates must have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house recruiting environment. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports. Proficiency in English and Korean communication preferred.
