Core Responsibilities HR Administration / Employee File Management Scanning, filing, and organizing employee documents in ADP and hard-copy personnel folders Maintaining personnel files and supporting file/audit projects General clerical/admin support for HR Payroll & Timekeeping Support Processing temp agency payroll Entering payroll adjustments and timecard corrections Handling employee timekeeping issues Employee Support / HR Operations Handling day-to-day employee needs like badge replacements, simple HR questions, and minor requests Maintaining confidentiality while supporting employees and HR processes Onboarding & Compliance Assisting with onboarding paperwork (PAFs, employee data entry in
ADP, I-9
