In this vital role, you will be the frontline protector of our facility, ensuring safety, security, and loss prevention through vigilant surveillance, prompt response to incidents, and professional engagement with staff and visitors. Your proactive approach and strong security background will help maintain a secure environment while providing exceptional service. Duties Monitor and control access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure authorized entry. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity within and around the premises. Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills when necessary. Perform routine patrols of the facility to identify potential security risks or safety hazards. Enforce security policies in compliance with

regulations and company procedures. Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately and promptly. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activity and preventing theft or vandalism. Experience Previous experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures. Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous for handling medical emergencies confidently. Knowledge of CCTV operation, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies is essential. Background in military or law enforcement provides a strong foundation for conflict management and quick decision-making. Experience with conflict resolution, emergency response, and maintaining composure under pressure is highly valued.
