Job Description
The Camphill School has an opening in our Human Resources Office for a HR Coordinator. We are actively searching for an individual with strong administrative skills, excellent organizational abilities, demonstrated HR experience, good time management and clear written and verbal communication. This position will support human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and timekeeping (iSolved), benefits administration, and compliance-related activities. This position works closely with management and school program to ensure efficient HR processes and regulatory compliance. Applicants must have 3+ years proven experience in Human Resources or related administrative experience. We support ongoing professional development and have a cooperative working environment. This is a full time, year-round position, working 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a dedicated office on our Glenmoore campus. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant experience Proven experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or Related Administrative Role Knowledge of relevant local and national employment laws High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience is HRIS/Payrollsystems; Experience with Isolved a plus, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
