Job Description

ReliableCare USA is seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Human Resources, Compliance and Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing home care agency. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, recruiting great employees, and ensuring all compliance details are handled correctly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing recruitment, employee onboarding, compliance, administrative responsibilities, and communication with caregivers and clients. What You'll Do Recruiting & Hiring Review applications and screen potential candidates Schedule and conduct caregiver interviews Recruit caregivers through online platforms and community outreach Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process Complete reference checks and assist with employment offers Maintain an active pipeline of qualified caregiver candidates Onboarding & Employee Files Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees Complete and review new-hire documentation Ensure required clearances, screenings, and employment documents are completed Coordinate orientation and required employee training Maintain organized and confidential employee personnel files Follow up with employees regarding missing or expiring documentation HR & Compliance Monitor employee compliance requirements, including background clearances, TB testing, CPR certification, training, driver's license/insurance documentation, and other required records Conduct routine employee file audits Track expiration dates and required renewals Assist with preparation for regulatory reviews and audits Assist leadership with HR matters, employee documentation, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance Help ensure compliance with applicable Pennsylvania home care, Medicaid, employment, and agency requirements Office & On-Call Support Assist with answering incoming office calls during scheduled work hours Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, applicants, and referral partners Participate in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule Respond to caregiver call-offs and staffing concerns while on call Assist with locating replacement coverage when necessary Document after-hours staffing issues and other important communications Community Recruiting Attend local job fairs, hiring events, and community events Develop relationships with community organizations and workforce partners Promote employment opportunities with ReliableCare USA Help develop creative strategies for attracting and retaining caregivers Schedule This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week. This position has the ability to become a full-time, 40 Hours a week, Monday through Friday office hours position, but there is no timeline for that. Scheduled workdays and hours will be determined based on agency needs. The position also requires participation in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule and occasional attendance at evening or weekend recruiting/community events. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, healthcare administration, compliance, or a related position preferred Home care or healthcare experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable conducting interviews and communicating with applicants Ability to handle confidential employee information appropriately Proficiency with computers, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel locally for hiring and community events Ability to successfully complete required background screenings DOH and OLTL requirements and guidelines.
