Are you looking for a great opportunity to launch or grow your HR career? We're partnering with our client seeking an HR Assistant to support employee onboarding and compliance initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and follow-through are essential. What You'll Be Doing… Review and update employee Form I-9 documentation to ensure compliance with federal requirements Contact employees via Microsoft Teams and email to collect missing information and resolve documentation issues Conduct virtual meetings to verify I-9 documentation and complete compliance corrections Organize, maintain, and accurately file employee records within the company's electronic filing system Track compliance activities, maintain logs, and prepare documentation for reporting purposes Partner with HR team members to support compliance projects and employee onboarding initiatives Here's What Your Work History Needs to Show as Evidence That You're the Right Candidate… 1-3 years of HR, onboarding, compliance, or administrative experience; healthcare or other regulated industry experience is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented work accurately Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills with the ability to interact professionally over Microsoft Teams and email Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive employee information Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Workday experience is a plus
