Description:

Carry out a range of HR processes to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion. Resolve queries from RJ Associates as well as candidates and former RJ Associates by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring complex issues to others. Help manage internal client relationships by supporting others to build effective working relations. Verify the accuracy and completeness of HR data provided, and enter the data into HR information systems, following defined procedures. Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents following detailed instruction. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office software. Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards Support the maintenance of multiple controls and documentation associated with the running of the HR Service Center.

Requirements:

Previous Experience in documenting processes is required and a minimum of 1 year of Workday experience Customer service experience (preferably in a helpdesk or contact center environment) is required

• 1 year minimum The ideal candidate has a professional demeanor, is customer-service oriented and able to work efficiently from a queue.
