Structural Drafter Bessolo Design Group A Full Service Architectural, Engineering, & Interior Design Firm located in St. Petersburg, Florida KEM Engineers, Inc. / Bessolo Design Group , an engineering/architectural/interior design company based in St. Petersburg, FL is an award winning and highly rated Fast 50 Company by Tampa Bay Business Journal that is seeking an experienced full time Structural Drafter. Candidates must be able to work in coordination with all disciplines on both new construction and renovation projects. The candidates' responsibilities will include providing drafting support to the Structural Engineer, drafting of assigned projects and ensuring quality plan production as well as meeting the client's expectations within the project budget and schedule. This position will require the production of complete sets of structural plans from a coordinated Revit model according to Bessolo's design standards, practices and policies. The ideal candidate will be able to produce detailed structural plans for all phases of production including construction document preparation while maintaining a coordinated Revit model with the other disciplines. This candidate will have experience working on large scale commercial projects including Senior Living Facilities, Health Care, Multi-Family, Retail and Community projects. Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Utilize Revit software for structural plan production in coordination with all other disciplines.
• Prepare structural plan sets for new or modified buildings. Qualifications
• Must be proficient in (5 years of experience minimum)
• Experience coordinating structural Revit models in Engineering/Architectural Design Firms.
• Demonstrated success in completing construction documents utilizing Revit.

Experience working within a team of multi-disciplinary professionals. Experience with Construction Document preparation for

Commercial Construction:

including Senior Living/ Independent Living/ Assisted Living as well as multi-family residential; including Both New Construction and Renovation projects.

Experience:

Must have experience working with Structural Revit Models and creating plans including:

• Schematic Design Drawings
• Design Development Drawings
• Construction Documents Software Knowledge
• Autodesk Revit 2019 or later
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
• Bluebeam Revu Education Requirements
• Certificate in Revit Drafting.
• (Junior Structural Engineers with good Revit experience are welcome to apply)
