Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will coordinate a wide range of human resources functions, ensuring seamless HR operations that support our organizational goals. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, streamline HR processes, and enhance employee engagement. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management alike, championing best practices in talent management, compliance, and workforce development. Duties Assist with talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through HR systems (such as ATS and HRIS), conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding processes to ensure effective employee orientation. Manage employee evaluation procedures by coordinating performance management cycles, collecting feedback, and supporting development plans. Oversee benefits administration tasks, ensuring accurate processing of payroll data, benefits enrollment, and compliance with employment laws such as FMLA and workers' compensation regulations. Support change management initiatives by facilitating communication across departments and assisting with organization design and strategic planning efforts. Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws by staying current on legal requirements related to HR legal compliance, affirmative action planning, and regulatory standards. Handle confidential information with integrity while managing personnel records, data collection, and data entry tasks efficiently including employee onboarding and termination. Assist in conflict management resolution efforts by mediating employee relations issues professionally and constructively. Skills Experience in human capital management, HR sourcing, and personnel administration. Strong knowledge of employment law—including FMLA, labor regulations, and HR legal compliance—to ensure organizational adherence to legal standards. Restaurant experience a plus! Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, conflict management, and cross-departmental collaboration. Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Expertise in benefits administration, payroll processing, and workforce management strategies that align with organizational goals. Strong organizational skills for managing data collection, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance documentation effectively. Pay:
