🌟 Recruiting Coordinator - Hybrid | St. Petersburg, FL 💵 $25/hr | 📅 6-Month Contract (Temporary Role) | 🏢 Onsite 3 Days/Week - Tower 4 Are you a detail-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment? 🌈 Join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team and play a crucial role in delivering a seamless hiring and onboarding experience! 🔎 Must Haves (Required Skills) ✔️ 3+ years HR administrative experience (HR Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Onboarding Specialist, etc.) ✔️ Working knowledge of Recruiting & HR practices (I‑9s, onboarding, b.g. checks) ✔️ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills — Excel, Outlook & Word ✔️ Experience scheduling high‑volume interviews (20-30+ per week) 📝 What You'll Do (Job Summary) As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll partner closely with Talent Advisors to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

🔹 Supporting the full staffing process , including managing the ATS (Workday) 🔹 Managing all administrative recruiting tasks (emails, interview scheduling, tracking candidates, updating notes) 🔹 Owning the entire onboarding process , including education, employment, and b.g. checks with third‑party vendors 🔹 Maintaining a polished professional presence that reflects the Raymond James Talent Acquisition brand 🔹 Assisting with additional recruiting activities as needed 🔹 Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations 🔹 Performing other duties as assigned 🌎 Work Environment This is a hybrid role , requiring 3 days onsite each week at Tower 4 in St. Petersburg, FL . 💡 Why You'll Love This Role ✨ Gain exposure to a polished, high‑performing Talent Acquisition team ✨ Strengthen your recruiting operations and onboarding expertise ✨ Make a visible impact in a fast‑moving corporate environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of St. Petersburg, FL.
