Recruiting Coordinator East Aurora / Elma, NY (Hybrid) $31.25 - $36.06 per hour Full-Time Contract | 1st Shift (Contract to Hire Available) Join the Team We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting initiatives for the Corporate Group. This is a hybrid opportunity supporting a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across multiple functional areas. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through offer negotiation Support multiple business units with talent acquisition initiatives and workforce planning Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring teams Proactively source candidates using creative recruiting methods and networking strategies Prepare, extend, and negotiate employment offers Create and post engaging job advertisements across recruiting platforms Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records within Workday ATS Coordinate and attend hiring events, job fairs, and networking opportunities Build relationships with technical schools, workforce development organizations, and community partners Communicate consistently with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting or full-cycle talent acquisition Experience managing high-volume requisition loads Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to prioritize effectively and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday Creative sourcing and networking abilities highly preferred Preferred Experience Full-cycle recruiting experience Corporate recruiting background Experience supporting technical, professional, or manufacturing hiring initiatives Schedule & Work Environment Hybrid work schedule 1st Shift 40 hours per week Non-Exempt Contract Position Why Join?
