Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring operations for a Contract position based in Oak Harbor, Washington. This role will help keep the recruitment process organized, timely, and candidate-focused by coordinating interviews, managing applicant information, and assisting with onboarding activities. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, recruiting coordination experience, and the ability to work effectively across multiple hiring needs. This role can be fully remote, but the candidate must live locally in Washington State.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and job activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts by assisting with sourcing, candidate movement, and follow-up communication.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to keep hiring timelines on track and provide status updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Help prepare onboarding steps for new hires, including coordinating required documentation and start-date logistics.
  • Assist with recruiting activities by managing administrative tasks that improve overall hiring workflow.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates to provide scheduling details, process updates, and next-step information.
