Job Description

Location:
Middleburg Heights, OH Schedule:
Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) after initial 3 month onsite period
Hours:
8:00am-5:00pm w/60 min lunch or 8:30am-5:00pm w/30 min lunch This position resides on the EDI Remit Tech team which provides second-level support for EDI's clients and call center personnel, resolving various issues dealing with remittance processing.
Responsibilities:
Research and resolve technical issues pertaining to remittance processes. Monitor remittance transmissions between Quadax and payers. Work with payers to obtain missing remits. Setup and maintain remittance parameters, Xpeditor settings, 835 splits, posting files, and mapping NPI to the corresponding client code. Assist with testing remittance enhancements and bug fixes for Xpeditor releases. Configure and support custom remittance reports for clients. Complete analysis and gather information for remittance enhancement requests. Analyze and interpret

data Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree preferred Knowledge of EDI a plus Problem solving skills Strong computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail - working with clients and internal departments Ability to set priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality
Range:
$19/hr.-$22/hr.
