The Human Resource ("HR") Support role at OSJL supports the HR department with the performance of administrative tasks, and works closely with associates and leaders throughout the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with all communications, correspondence, and records. Accurately capture and link documentation from OSJL's Human Capital Management ("HCM") System/UKG Document Manager system for personnel records, filing, and administrative duties on a timely and continual basis. Scan paper documents and electronically link them to associate files within the HCM System/UKG Document Manager. Efficiently and effectively maintain data entry and distribution of a variety of HR reports. Provide administrative support as needed and requested to all levels of HR associates and leadership. Communicate clearly and on a timely basis by phone, fax, and email to associates across the business. Assist in onboarding procedures, ensuring accurate and timely processing of new hire documentation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associates degree is preferred. 1 or more years of clerical experience is required. Experience using Perceptive Content software and Kronos payroll software is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platform (i.e. Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
Work Environment:
Works primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazard potential. Works in an office environment remaining stationary at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time. Frequently uses near vision for reading and computer tasks.
