You will drive candidate logistics, schedule complex multi-stage technical interview loops across global time zones, manage candidate communications within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and support onboarding logistics for world-class aerospace and hardware talent.

Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, industry-specific forums, and aerospace conferences. Build and maintain deep talent benches for high-priority and recurring technical disciplines to ensure rapid hiring cycles. Conduct high-touch outreach and initial candidate screenings to assess technical alignment, motivation, and cultural fit. Maintain precise and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS (Greenhouse or similar). Stay current on aerospace talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence. Track and report on sourcing metrics to continuously optimize pipeline health and conversion rates.
