Job Description
Our Recruiting Coordinator position is perfect for a college graduate and is entry level for building your career in HR. The successful candidate will be outgoing and ambitious, establish rapport with candidates quickly, have a passion for recruiting and the desire to be successful. This position will play an integral role in helping to meet the demands of our client direct hire staffing throughout the United States. This role is based at our office location and cannot work remotely. Work Hours - 40 hours per week Mon-Fri 8am-5pm What you'll do: Recruit candidates via in person hiring events, video and phone interviews Ensure quality of approved candidates for hiring teams and prep them for their interview and work experience Understand profiles required to provide successful candidates to clients Approve or dismiss candidates following the screening, and prep the approved candidates to be successful for their new job Complete I-9, drug test and all pre-hire requirements for each candidate Interact, correspond, and maintain effective communication with , candidates, internal teams and client Follow up and drive conversion of candidates in pipeline. Meet all required compliance reports weekly Requirements Ability to work 20-40 hours per week 2+ years in hospitality, admin support or customer service role 2+ years in Recruiting Coordination or HR a plus Strong office admin skills (outlook, MS office suite) required Ability to work in person overtime as needed to complete work on a daily/weekly basis Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone Creative idea generator Undergraduate degree in HR, Business or Marketing a plus Must be able to drive to client locations for check in or job fairs If you are passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
