This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience in employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management who can operate both strategically and hands-on. If you have a background in aerospace, manufacturing, or production environments and strong ERP/HR systems exposure, this is a high-impact opportunity to partner directly with leadership and drive business results. HR Business Partner Responsibilities HR Operations & Business Partnership Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, production, and workforce planning Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development Support day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing / production environment Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support operations and workforce needs Employee Relations & Talent Management Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution Support recruiting, retention, and employee engagement initiatives Coach managers on performance improvement, accountability, and team development Payroll & HR Compliance Support payroll processing and partner with payroll teams to ensure accuracy Ensure compliance with California labor laws and multi-state employment regulations Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation Performance Management & HR Analytics Support performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and productivity to drive decisions Identify workforce gaps and support organizational growth strategies Qualifications - HR Business Partner (HRBP) 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist roles Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or operations-driven environments preferred Strong knowledge of employee relations, payroll, HR compliance, and labor laws Experience with
HRIS, ERP
